Welcome
Welcome to my website. The Colette Cooke School of Irish Dancing was formed in 1989. I always loved to dance and when I started teaching I wanted everyone else to enjoy it too.
My original class was small and non-competitive. Over the years the class has grown steadily. I have both competitive and non-competitive classes, and a class for adults. Now I have a website — what's next I wonder?

Leinsters 2nd Nov 08
Congratulations to Cian who danced extremely well on Sunday 2nd Nov to achieve third place in the trophy competition under 12. Cian has only been dancing for 2 years. He is enjoying participating in competition and has won many medals and trophies.
Congratulations also to Saoirse Lynch, Mehak Jain and Natasha Angadi who also participated in the Leinsters and all came home with medals.
Feiseanna
Congratulations to Michelle who danced in Moscow at Russia’s 1st ever feis. Michelle was placed third in the Reel and First in all her other dances. Well Done and thanks for representing the school so well.
Well done also to Saoirse White who danced in her first “real” feis on Sunday 5th October at Clasac in Clontarf. Congrats to her for dancing so well and hopefully she will continue to enjoy many feiseanna in the future.

Time change for classes.
Sorry for all the confusion and change with times. I can now confirm that the Monday Scoil Aine classes are as follows:
2.35pm-4pm - Beginners /Primary
6.30pm-7.30pm Primary / Advanced
8.00-10.00pm Adults Class.
There is now only one class on a Thursday in Raheny from 4.15pm-5.30pm. The Adults Thursday class is in Artane Beaumont Family Recreation Centre from 7.30pm-9.30pm.
